The Separation of the Extracts of Schisandra sphenanthera Rehd.et wils.Fruits on Curcumin Bonded Silica Gel Stationary Phase by HPLC-ESI-MS

Schisandra sphenanthera Rehd.et wils.fruits is one of the common Chinese herbal medicines.In this thesis,its extracts were employed as solute probes so as to study the chromatograpic sparation ability of curcumin bonded silica gel stationary phase(ccsp) for real samples, which are quite complex.At the same time,a primary identification for some main components was carried out by ESI-MS.The result showed that,comparing with ODS,CCSP exhibited more sites and synergistic action,due to the similar structures between the active components of Schisandra sphenanthera Rehd.et wils.fruits and the curcumin ligand.Consequently,many effective compositions were separated under relatively simple condition and within shorter time on CCSP.In addition,schizandrin and other five main components were preliminary identified by ESI-MS.
