Two Cases of Cataract Surgery with Intraocular Lens Implantation in Infants

The reactions of [Cu x S y ] cluster anions with triphenylphosphine and 1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane have been studied by Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry. Ions [CuS 2 ] , [Cu 2 S 2 ] and [Cu 4 S 3 ] react, while [Cu 3 S 3 ] , [Cu 5 S 4 ] and [ [Cu 6 S 4 ] are much less reactive. the reactions are addition of one phosphine, with exceptional abstraction of Ph from Ph 3 P by [Cu 2 S 2 ] . The reactivities with phosphines correlate with the geometrical structures of [Cu x S y ] . Termination of [Cu x S y ] clusters with phosphines provides the link between the gas-phase and condensed-phase coordination chemistry of copper chalcogenide clusters.
