Superconducting-normal phase boundary of superconductors containing nearly nonmagnetic impurities
摘要:
For superconductors containing impurities with d or f electrons in resonant states which are nonmagnetic or nearly so at low temperatures, the depression of the transition temperature is anomalously large initially and curves positively away from linearity with increasing impurity concentration. This is in contrast to the negative curvature deviation from linearity predicted by the Abrikosov-Gor'kov theory for magnetic impurities with well-defined noninteracting local moments.
