摘要：

The object of this paper is to present a broad spectrum of the morphologic changes that have been associated with cytostatic agents. This discussion is based on a retrospective study of biopsy and autopsy material from 155 human cases as seen by the practicing pathologist. These adverse changes are a measure of the failure of these drugs to preferentially inhibit or destroy neoplastic tissues while leaving the normal host tissues unaffected.
