The invention provides a protection/repairing technique for a cooling system of a compressor, which successfully solves the technical problems that the general existence of corrosion, scaling and leakage phenomena in the cooling system of the compressor often results in the high temperature of the compressor equipment and further affects the normal running of the equipment. The technique provided by the invention has the economic benefits that the service life of the equipment can be prolonged by more than 200%, the overhaul (maintenance) cost can be reduced by more than 200%, the energy consumption can be reduced by more than 200%, and the resource consumption can be saved by more than 200%. The technique comprises the following steps of equipment tube side/shell side connection, oil contamination cleanup, hot water circulation, pickling and descaling, activating treatment, warm water neutralization, passivating treatment, coating process, far infrared drying, recoating, 4 passes of far infrared drying and coating detection. For old equipment, heat exchanger pipes are repaired firstly and then coating (plating) anticorrosion treatment is carried out, and the technique comprises the steps of heat exchanger pipes repairing, equipment tube side connection and equipment shell side connection. The invention relates to the protection technique of the compressor cooling system.
