Novel bifluorescent Zn(II)–cryptolepine–cyclen complexes trigger apoptosis induced by nuclear and mitochondrial DNA damage in cisplatin-resistant lung tumor cells
摘要：
Zn(II) macrocyclic coordination complexes are demonstrated.Cryptolepine–cyclen derivatives were first used as ligands.Zn(II)–cryptolepine–cyclen complexes displayed dual fluorescence.The complexes with DNA-targeting antitumor agents can be used for cancer treatment.
