摘要：
PURPOSE:To prepare discrete and flowable fine frozen particles with high efficiency, by discharging a gas-liquid mixture to the surface of a liquid cooling medium of which the surface is rippled in a fine particulate form and taking out fine frozen particles formed in the liquid cooling medium. CONSTITUTION:A fine frozen particle manufacturing apparatus is constituted of a storage container 1 of a liquid cooling medium 2, a ripple generator 3 applying kinetic energy to the surface layer part of the liquid cooling medium to generate ripples on the surface of said cooling medium 2, a spray apparatus 4 for mixing gas and a liquid to be frozen to finely pulverizing the resulting mixture, a control apparatus 5 for controlling the surface of the liquid cooling medium 2, a feed-out apparatus 6 for feeding out fine frozen particles, a cooling apparatus 7 for cooling the liquid to be frozen and the gas to be mixed therein, a liquid cooling medium supply apparatus 8 and a frozen stock liquid supply apparatus 9. The fine particles K of the frozen stock liquid injected from the spray apparatus 4 fall on the surface of the liquid cooling medium to be frozen and hardened and successively sedimented in a discrete state by the action of ripples on the surface of the liquid cooling medium. The sedimented fine frozen particles are fed out to the outside by a feed-out apparatus 6.
