The present application relates to a manufacturing method for a barrier film. The present application can provide a manufacturing method for a barrier film having excellent barrier properties and optical performance. A barrier film manufactured by the method of the present application can be effectively used for a packaging material for food, drugs, and the like, and used for various purposes such as a flat panel display (FPD) including a liquid crystal display (LCD) and the like, or a solar cell member, electronic paper or an organic light emitting diode (OLED) substrate, or a sealing film.
