A film for forming a hologram is prepared by coating a UV-curable resin composition layer on a substrate sheet, so that the thus-formed film can be retained in a wound-up state without tackiness at room temperature. Subsequently the thus-formed film is superposed on a mold having a relief surface in which a hologram is recorded. The molded film is subjected to UV-irradiation to cure the film to obtain a relief hologram.
