Insightful Buildings have been built on three pillars of automation which are Building, Communication and Office [1]. Building Automation System (BAS) central key is to keep the building climate within a particular range, yields brightness based on an periodic schedule, detects system implementation and apparatus collapse, thus notifying the building engineering staff through email or text. The BAS decreases building vitality and preserve cost when contrasted with a non-controlled building. This paper favors a concept and utilization of modern monitoring and control system for set up automation. Over past decade, the researchers have been working on various type of the building energy management automation system. Operating time of lighting equipment depends on several factors like safety, signals, day light lighting, and of course luminance information. Fundamentally, building automation system have three goals: comfort, management, less power consumed and security. These targets are important parameters that enhance the quality of living and due to this fact, automation and control system is required in today's social and personal life. Automatic management and smart controlling has been developing a trend. Each and every day, building energy management becomes more strongly because of considering economic advantages energy saving and improvement in quality of life comfort and security. In this paper we demonstrate the idea of advance security and automation system. In this paper we use temperature sensor that sense the temperature condition of room and in case of over temperature it operate the cooling system automatically. And we are using glass sensor that will be placed on window that check the antitheft and anti-criminal activity in this situation it sense and operate the buzzer and provide the GSM using GSM mobile on a respective number. In this work we control the device using dtmf-8870ic.that device control from remote location using GSM technology.
