ChemInform Abstract: Vinylogous Mannich Reactions. Catalytic, Asymmetric Additions of Triisopropylsilyloxyfurans to Aldimines
摘要：
The vinylogous Mannich reaction of triisopropylsilyloxyfurans with aldimines in the presence of catalytic amounts of the Ti(O i Pr ) 4 (S)- BINOL complex gave substituted aminoalkyl butenolides in good yield and enantioselectivities (up to 54% ee).
