An adding material is added into an addition polymerization system of the polymer, the crosslinking degree of the polymer is changed and the crosslinking structure is enhanced or weakened by the adding material, and the space structure of the polymer molecules is constrained or liberated, so that the performance of the polymer is regulated or changed, wherein the addition polymerization system of the polymer is to catalyze the polymer monomer by a Pt catalyst to generate nucleophilic addition, and the adding material is macromolecules with organic amine groups, or macromolecules with sulfur-containing functional groups, or macromolecules with nitrogen lone electron pairs, or macromolecules with functional groups with extremely high electronegativity and capable of generating nucleophilic reaction. By the method provided by the invention, crosslinking difficult to control and on the chemical molecule level is changed into controllable crosslinking, and the macromolecular material subjected to addition polymerization can be regulated and modified as expected.
