The present invention relates to a separation processing method of construction waste using a microbubble generator, which easily and efficiently separates combustibles, and uses microbubbles generated in a microbubble generator and a myriad of vortex generated in a high pressure water injecting device to easily remove various foreign substances attached to surfaces of the combustibles without noises and dust. According to the present invention, the separation processing method of construction waste using a microbubble generator comprises a stirring step, a storing step, a floating material collecting step, a cleaning step, and dehydrating and drying steps. The microbubble generator in the cleaning step comprises: a main body which has a through-hole along the length; an insertion body which is inserted into the inside of the main body, has a plurality of holes for communicating the inside with the outside thereof, and comprises a connecting pipe path where a short grit made of wires is injected on one side; a support body which is assembled on one end of the main body, and fixes the one end of the insertion body to a center side of the main body; and a nozzle which is assembled on the other end of the main body, fixes the other end of the insertion body to the center side of the main body, and injects water discharged through the insertion body, and the short grit. The short grit and the generated microbubbles are mixed to hit a surface of construction waste, and the short grit sunk under the water is separated and recovered by means of magnetic force.
