Process for producing nano-titanium dioxide-zinc oxide composite powder

The invention relates to a method for preparing an inorganic ultraviolet screening agent, in particular to a method for preparing a nanometer titania-zinc oxide composite powder body and belongs to the technical field of nanometer material. The method for preparing the nanometer titania-zinc oxide composite powder body comprises the following steps: a zinc salt aqueous solution and a carbonate aqueous solution are added into a nanometer titania aqueous dispersion solution respectively; alkali zinc carbonate is deposited between nanometer titania particles through a chemical sedimentation method; and the alkali zinc carbonate is subjected to thermal decomposition through heat treatment, produces mass nanometer zinc oxide between the nanometer titania particles and simultaneously produces carbon dioxide gas through calcination so as to separate the nanometer particles and achieve the aim of preventing agglomeration. The method has the characteristics of short process flow, convenient operation, low cost and easy control. The titania-zinc oxide composite powder body prepared through the method has the characteristics of good dispersibility, excellent screening performance on UVA and UVB and high permeability of visible light.
