PURPOSE: A health care composition containing superhydrophilic amphiphilic copolymers is provided to be applied to human body and cleanse human body. CONSTITUTION: A composition containing superhydrophilic amphiphilic copolymers is used for cleansing human body. The degree of polymerization of the superhydrophilic amphiphilic copolymer is 4-500. The superhydrophilic amphiphilic copolymers contains plural superhydrophilic repetitive units(SRU) induced from ethylene unsaturated monomers and amphiphilic repetitive unit(ARU) induced from ethylene unsaturated monomers. The superhydrophilic amphiphilic copolymer contains a plural monosaccharide SRU. The composition is applied to skin, hair, or vagina.
