摘要：

Based on the technology of the three-dimensional GIS and focus on the demands of the security exercise of port facilities,this project which combined the fields and methods the application related technologies on studied how to improve the simulation effect of security drill for port facilities as well as improving the relation between the information technology and simulation drill.Furthermore,it also designed a computer software system for realizing related practice purposes.
