The present invention relates to a resin composition for a polarizer protective film, comprising: a crosslinking agent compound capable of making a crosslinking reaction with a water-dispersible binder resin having a silane-based functional group coupled to a branched chain terminal; and a thermal acid generator capable of inducing a crosslinking reaction.
