The present invention relates to a compatible composition of a masticinic acid and amyrrh terpene. A masticinic acid-based compound and a myrrh terpene-based compound are used as basic active ingredients, and a pharmaceutical composition having significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects is used in a compatible way. The effect so obtained is superior to that of a masticinic acid and a myrrh terpene alone. Further disclosed is a preparation method therefor. The present invention also relates to use of the pharmaceutical composition in chronic pain diseases such as inflammatory pain, cancerous pain, neuropathic pain. The pharmaceutical composition is used as an analgesic agent, and has the advantages of long-term use without dependence or withdrawl reactions in addition to having anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor effects.
