A process connecting flange for a pressure measuring device consists of a metallic flange (4) which has a connector (6) of measurement medium-resistant non-metallic synthetic material for connecting the pressure measuring device (2) to the medium to be measured. Pref. the connector is a process connecting spigot (6) of polyvinylidene fluoride. USE/ADVANTAGE - E.g. in the chemical industry for measuring differential, elevated and reduced measures, flow rates of gases, vapours and liqs. and hydrostatic determination of the filling level of containers. Apart from the ceramic material of the pressure measuring device, the only material contacting aggressive and/or corrosive media to be measured consists of corrosion resistant plastics so that pressure tightness is ensured in spite of any prevailing high temps.
