The present invention relates to: a cosmetic composition for supplying, to the skin, useful substances, such as an electrolyte and moisturizing factors, lost from cleansing, the cosmetic composition comprising 50-75 wt% of an electrolyte, 15-30 wt% of an organic acid and 5-15 wt% of a saccharide and to be applied to moist skin; and a method for supplying useful substances to the skin.
