PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide at a low cost a compound hose which is excellent in flexibility, hardly permeate a refrigerant therethrough and is excellent in heat resistance and durability, by using polyethylene naphtalate fiber as the material of the reinforcing layer of the compound hose and forming a reinforcing structure into a spiral structure of more than a two-layer. ;SOLUTION: Nylon alloy material comprising 6-nylon as a main component and to which polyolefin is added is used for an inner surface resin layer 11 by taking into consideration refrigerant permeation resistance, heat resistance, oil resistance, fatigue resistance and flexibility, material is elected for an inner tube rubber layer 12 taking into consideration water permeation resistance, heat resistance and flexibility, and after consideration that internal fluid is a refrigerant, has high hygroscopic property and also a water content should not be penetrated into the inside of an air conditioner system, IIR is used for the inner tube rubber layer 12. Reinforcing layers 13, 15 have a two-layer spiral structure, and has a structure that an intermediate rubber layer 14 is arranged therebetween. Especially, polyethylene naphtalete yarn is selected for these reinforcing layers 13, 15 taking into consideration characteristics required. EPDM is used for an outer covering rubber layer 16 taking into consideration heat resistance, ozone crack resistance and flexibility.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
