The invention relates to a facility for implementing a method for enzymatic synthesis of long nucleic acids, including: i) a synthesis device comprising: at least one elongation chamber (1) made up of a single reactor containing at least one stationary substrate for attaching nucleic acid fragments undergoing elongation, including a plurality of elongation reaction sites; pipes (33) for supplying reagents, which are connected to the elongation chamber; pipes (26) for discharging excess or waste from said elongation chamber; and means for modifying the operating conditions of the synthesis device, such as means for adjusting the temperature, said elongation chamber (1) being configured so as to perform at least one cycle of elongating said nucleic acid fragments including at least one step of enzymatic addition of the nucleotides, taking place in an aqueous medium; and ii) a central computer system including at least one control interface and one driver software program, capable of controlling the operating conditions of said synthesis device and the execution of the synthesis.
