Adiponectin protects against myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury through AMPK- and COX-2-dependent mechanisms.
摘要:
Objective To explore the antioxidation effect of hypertonic sodium chloride hydroxyethyl starch 40(HH40) on rat cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury. Methods 24 male SD rats were randomly divided into sham group, model group, low dose HH40 group and high dose HH40 group.A rat cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury was made through embolization of the middle cerebral artery, and HH40 was infused sublingually 50 minutes after ischemia.24 hours after reperfusion, the activities of SOD and GSH-Px,and the level of MDA in serum or ischemic brain tissue were measured. Results Compared with sham group, model group had decreased activities of SOD and GSH-Px,but had an increased level of MDA in cerebral tissue, meanwhile had a decreased activity of GSH-Px in serum.Compared with model group,HH40 groups had a significantly decrease of the level of MDA and an elevation of SOD activity in ischemic brain tissue,as well as,an enhancing activity of GSH-Px in serum. Conclusion HH40 can enhance the antioxidation effect on rat cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury and the ability of oxygen free radical clearance.
