In particular for filling with granular or powdery products via a filling nozzle F, the invention provides a valve bag (10) with a valve (20), in which a filter tube (24) adjoins a front or outer reinforcing region (22) between the inner side and outer side of the bag bottom (12). The filter tube consists of a soft, flexible material, namely of an elastic air-permeable material, such as a perforated polyethylene mat, tapers towards the inner valve end (26) and can then be fitted in a positive-locking manner over the filling nozzle F. The longitudinal contour of the filter tube taper (28) can extend conically or concavely-conically and have waves, grooves, peaks or the like. The filter tube (24) can be provided with a thermal coating.
