摘要：

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) is an inflammatory disorder of the airways, involving the whole body,for which tobacco smoking is established as the main aetiological factor.There is mounting evidence that inflammatory responses to inhalation of noxious particles and gases are generally accepted as being a key central pathogenic process.Besides,there are reports on the possible roles of impaired immune regulation,autoimmunity and aging in the pathogenesis of COPD.The present review describes the advances in immunologic aspects of COPD.
