The invention discloses an integrated coal and gas adsorption and desorption and outburst test device which comprises a cylindrical coal sample room, wherein a plurality of pressure and temperature sensors are arranged on the outer wall of the coal sample room, hydraulic loading and inflating equipment is fixedly mounted at one end of the coal sample room, a coal and gas spout is formed in the other end of the coal sample room, and a quick release mechanism is arranged at the coal and gas spout; the hydraulic loading and inflating equipment comprises a piston rod, a piston matched with an inner cavity of the coal sample room is arranged on the piston rod, the tail end of the piston rod is connected with a surface type inflatable loading disc, the piston and the surface type inflatable loading disc are respectively positioned in two independent cavities in the coal sample room, and the piston and a space between the surface type inflatable loading disc and a longitudinal partition plate are respectively communicated with two hydraulic station interfaces in the coal sample room. The invention simultaneously discloses a test method utilizing the device. According to the integrated coal and gas adsorption and desorption and outburst test device and the test method, the adsorption and desorption characteristics of coal for gas and a coal and gas outburst mechanism can be researched under different ground stresses and different gas pressure conditions of briquette coal.
