Disclosed is an osmotic pump controlled-release tablet, comprising a tablet core and a coating film, wherein the coating film is coated on an outer surface of the tablet core, the tablet is provided with at least one drug release channel, the drug release channel connects the tablet core to an outer surface of the tablet, and a raised portion is provided at the bottom end of the drug release channel. Further disclosed is a tableting machine for preparing an osmotic pump controlled-release tablet, wherein an inner surface of a punch of the tableting machine is provided with a protrusion, the protrusion is used for forming the drug release channel of the tablet, and an end face of the protrusion is provided with a recessed portion.
