C2‐Symmetric Cationic Copper(II) Complexes as Chiral Lewis Acids: Counterion Effects in the Enantioselective Diels–Alder Reaction

The structure of the learning problem for a nonlocal search in wave media is considered. It is shown that for small distances from the current search point (in comparison with the variation of the objective function at these distances), the learning problem has a linear structure, i.e., can be described as the optimization of a quadratic functional on linear equations of motion. For the infinite-dimensional linear space, in the considered stationary case, the learning problem is reduced to the stationary Schrdinger equation. Part I, cf. ibid. 2000, No. 2, 97–106 (2000).
