摘要：

Attention is drawn to a vinylogous relationship between the structure of certain biologically‐active pyrethroids. A series of racemic α‐cyano‐3‐phenoxybenzyl 2‐(2,2‐dichlorovinyl)‐1‐phenylcyclopropanecarboxylates, based on this relationship, were synthesised and were found to be only moderately toxic to Musca domestica, Spodoptera littoralis and Leptinotarsa decemlineata .
