PURPOSE: To provide the subject preventing agent composed of a condensation product of an aliphatic diamine and a quinone compound, capable of effectively preventing the deposition of scale near the interface in the polymerization of a monomer having ethylenic double bond and giving a sheet free from fish-eye.
