摘要：

Objective: to analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with ectopic pregnancy and put forward effective coping strategies. Methods: 47 cases of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively, and their clinical characteristics were summarized and pointed out. Results: among 47 patients, 5 cases were misdiagnosed as appendicitis, dysmenorrhea and adjuncitis. All patients obtained ideal therapeutic effect after clinical drug therapy and surgical treatment. Conclusion: clinical manifestations of patients with ectopic pregnancy with a variety of similar disease performance, between etiology complex difficult to directly by clinical symptoms in patients with the diagnosis, so for such patients need detailed testing irregular vaginal bleeding and bleeding symptoms, and analysed, in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy of these patients, achieve the goal of early diagnosis treatment as soon as possible.
