The present invention relates to a formulation for the nasal administration of insulin, and more specifically, to a formation including novel translationally controlled tumor protein-protein transduction domain (TCTP-PTD) peptide, insulin, sucrose, and a protein aggregation inhibitor, and a composition for the nasal administration of insulin.
