The article proposes a classification scheme for the main methods of enrichment of feed products with biological active substances. According to this scheme, an innovative direction is highlighted, according to which, the enrichment is carried out by diffusion absorption of water and biologically active substances dissolved in it by seeds of legumes and cereals in pre-formed compositions. On the basis of the classification scheme for the main methods of enrichment of feed products, a principle technological scheme for the preparation of whole milk substitutes and concentrates-compound feeds has been developed. As a result of the research carried out, an innovative hardware scheme for the production of a whole milk substitute and feed concentrates has been developed. The parameters of the device for obtaining a substitute for whole milk and compound feed concentrates are theoretically substantiated. The required values of the power and capacity indicators of the device have been established.
