PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture curing polyurethane hot melt adhesive capable of preventing exfoliation of a substrate and a thin film sheet or the like of about 50 to 100 μm, excellent in scratch resistance due to a high hardness after curing, and having both the surface smoothness and the bubbling-proofness; and to provide a decorative fixture member obtained using the same.SOLUTION: The moisture curing polyurethane hot melt adhesive contains a polyol (A) and a polyisocyanate (B), wherein the polyol (A) contains: a polyether ester polyol (a1) obtained by reacting a polyether polyol obtained by adding 2 to 4 mols of an alkylene oxide to bisphenol A, an aromatic polycarboxylic acid and an aliphatic polycarboxylic acid; and a specific long-chain aliphatic polyester polyol (a2). The mass ratio of (a2)/(a1) is <0.5 to 1.
