摘要：

The deterministic turbulence method was developed in ex-periments [1] along with substantiation of the idea of existence of the deter-ministic wall turbulence. The present paper demonstrate how efficiently this approach can be used for investigations of various localized impacts on the turbulent boundary layers by the example of well-known Large Eddy Break-Up (ZEBU) devices, the comprehensive explanation of functioning of which remained unclear. The present study clarifies the physics of this mechanism.
