- the invention relates to a connection device can be locked on the anchoring elements of a spinal osteosynthesis. & lt; br / > - the object of the invention is a connection device according to two anchoring elements (3) of a spinal osteosynthesis, said anchoring elements (3) comprises a fixing part of the bone (4) formed of a screw, a curved blade or the like, and a binding body of a rod of the connection formed of a head in the tuning fork (5) receiving said rod, as well as a locking screw (6), characterized in that it is composed of two annular elements (9) which can be each threaded exteriorly on one of the heads in the tuning fork (5), each annular element (9) comprising an external locking rod (10) which can slide in a clamping collar (11), the two clamping collars (11) of the device being clamped by a common screw (12), passing through said collars. & lt; br / > - application in particular to the spinal osteosynthesis.
