The present invention relates to a fireproofing adhesive composition for repair and reinforcement, which comprises: 50-800 parts by weight of a mixed material; 50-150 parts by weight of bottom ash; 50-800 parts by weight of an aggregate; and 0.09-5 parts by weight of an organic fiber with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement. Since the bottom ash, which is a by-product of the industry, partially replaces the cement, the composition is eco-friendly and economical.
