手性药物对映体分离是药学领域重要的研究课题.由于对映体的理化性质极为相近,分离难度很大.毛细管电泳法(CE)以其特有的高效,快速,样品和溶剂消耗量小等特点而受到广泛的关注,毛细管区带电泳法(CZE)是CE法中最常用的一种分离模式.本文就近年来CZE在手性药物对映体分离中的应用情况做了综述,并对毛细管区带电泳在这一领域的发展作了展望.%The separation of enatiomers in chiral drugs is an important subject of research in pharmaceutical field. Because enantiomers have similar physio-chemical properties, their separation is very difficult. Capillary electrophoresis (CE) has been widely applied to the enantioseparation of chiral drugs owing to its high efficiency, rapid analysis, and low buffer and sample consumption, etc. The capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) is the most commonly used separation mode. This paper briefly reviews the applicatins of CZE for the enatioseparation of chiral drugs. The development of CZE in this field is discussed.
