The invention discloses a vacuum heat preservation container bottom sealing structure and a sealing method thereof. The sealing structure comprises a vacuum heat preservation container outer tube, a vacuum hole, and a ladder groove, wherein the bottom of the vacuum heat preservation container outer tube is concave axially and inwardly to form the ladder groove; the vacuum hole is arranged at the bottom of the vacuum heat preservation container outer tube and located at the top part of the ladder groove; the ladder groove comprises a first round groove and a second round groove sequentially from top to bottom, the first round groove is internally filled with a sealing material for sealing and blocking the vacuum hole, the second round groove is internally welded with a round sealing piece for protecting the sealing material, the top diameter of the second round groove is smaller than the bottom diameter, and the diameter of the round sealing piece is smaller than the bottom diameter of the second round groove; and the edge part of the sealing piece fills a side wall gap formed between the side wall of the second round groove and the side wall of the sealing piece in a melted mode. The round sealing piece is fixed in the groove by adopting a laser welding mode, the gap is left between the round sealing piece and the sealing material, and the sealing material can be protected when the bottom of the heat preservation container outer tube is subjected to impact.
