A screw anchor assembly, which is used in spinal screw fixation, comprises: a screw having a thread formed thereon in the longitudinal direction; and a screw anchor inserted into a predetermined position of a spine and having an anchor thread formed on the inner surface thereof, which defines a receiving portion into which the screw is inserted, such that the receiving portion expands while the screw is being screw-coupled with the screw anchor, wherein the screw anchor has a plurality of segments formed along the longitudinal direction thereof, and adjacent segments of the plurality of segments overlap each other.
