摘要：

Summary The antibiotic concentrations as measured in tissues and fluids of the lower respiratory tract are reported in this study ; several models have been used and new protocols recently proposed have provided more precise and reliable results. Various theoretical aspects and experimental factors of variation are discussed as well as the clinical significance of tissue pharmacokinetics in the respiratory tree.
