SUMMARY ENDOBRONCHIAL INVOLVEMENT OF HODGKIN LYMPHOMA (CASE REPORT) Twenty-three year-old female patient presented with a year history of cough, sputum, left chest pain, fever and weight loss. Bilateral, multiple supraclavicular and cervical lymphadenopathy and crackles on the left hemithorax were detec- ted by physical examination. Chest X-ray revealed left hilar enlargement and a non-homogenous density on the midd- le and lower zones of the left lung. Anti-tuberculous treatment was started because of sputum smear acid-fast bacilli positivity. Biopsy of right supraclavicular lymph nodes was performed as no improvement of her clinical status or radi- ography was detected and she was diagnosed as Hodgkin lymphoma (HL), nodular sclerosing form, sarcomatous vari- ant. Her thorax computed tomography revealed multiple mediastinal lymphadenopathy, collapse-consolidation of the left upper lobe and narrowing of the left upper lobe bronchus. Mucosal ulceration of the left upper lobe anterior seg- ment orifice was seen in addition to narrowing of the left upper lobe bronchus in fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Mucosal bi- opsies revealed HL infiltration. Concomitant pulmonary tuberculosis was excluded as all the cultures were negative and chemotherapy was planned. This case is presented with the review of literature as endobronchial involvement of HL is a rare entity.
