Bioassay and identification of allelochemicals in Pinus m assoniana root
摘要:
After allelochemicals were extracted from Pinus massoniana root and isolated by supercritical fluid extraction, active bioassay and identification of these allelochemicals were done. The active bioassay showed that the alleochemicals of P. massoniana root extracted by non-entrainer had positive effects on germination power, plumular root length, plumular axis length, fresh weight and dry weight, but had inhibited effect on germination rate; the alleochemicals of P. massoniana root extracted by entrainer had great inhibited effects on germination rate, plumular root length, plumular axis length, fresh weight and dry weight, but had positive effect on germination power. According to bioassay, identification showed that allelochemicals of P. massoniana root extracted by non-entrainer were α-cadinol, г-cadinene, etc., and those extracted by entrainer were palm acid, phytol, etc. Fig 1, Tab 5, Ref 11
