Copolyester-carbonate compositions exhibiting improved resistance to relatively mild organic solvents comprising, in physical admixture: (i) at least one aromatic copolyester-carbonate resin; (ii) at least one amorphous polyester resin; and (iii) at least one polymer selected from (a) an olefin acrylate copolymer, (b) a polyolefin, and (c) an olefin diene terpolymer. These compositions contain amounts of components (ii) and (iii) effective to improve the resistance to mild organic solvents of the copolyester-carbonate resin.
