摘要：

Aim:To determine the expression of P53,inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in gastric carcinoma and its relation with the clinicopathology features.Methods:A total of 55 gastric carcinoma specimens were examined for their expression of P53,iNOS,and VEGF by immnohistochemical staining.Results:The positive rates of P53,iNOS,and VEGF were 50.9%,43.6%,and 50.9%,respectively.The positive expression of P53 was correlated with the degree of differentiation and TNM stages,the expression of iNOS was correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stages,and the expression of VEGF was correlated with TNM stages;the relationship between the expression of P53 and the expression of iNOS or the expression of VEGF was significantly positive.Conclusions:P53 protein may be involved in the regulation of the expression of iNOS and VEGF,and the positive expression of P53,iNOS,and VEGF were closely related to the progression of gastric carcinoma.
