Palladium-Catalyzed C2-Acylation of Indoles with α-Diketones Assisted by the Removable N-(2-Pyrimidyl) Group
摘要：
An effective and practical palladium-catalyzed C2-acylation method was successfully developed for the synthesis of 2-acylindoles. A variety of 2-acylindoles were readily prepared from N -pyrimidyl indoles in moderate to good yields. This methodology offers several advantages, which include ease of handling, mild reaction conditions, and use of an efficient and cheap catalyst. In particular, challenging 2-acetylindoles were synthesized in good yields.
