摘要：

The investigation of growth characteristics and meat yield of Barbus capito pectoralis (Heckel, 1843). In order to determination the growth characteristics and meat yield of Barbus capito pectoralis ( Heckel, 1843 ) living in Keban Dam Lake, total 101 fish were caugth, at fisheries season 2001-2002. In this study, age composition, sexual ratio, age-length, age-weight, length-weight relationship, condition factor and meat yield of Barbus capito pectoralis were determined. The Length-weight relationship were calculated as W= 4.8605L2.9378 (both sexes together). The mean condition factor (KTL) value of population was counted as 0.9294. The mean meat yield of Barbus capito pectoralis was determined of 63.04±0.30 %.
