The invention discloses a vac-veova emulsion with excellent comprehensive performance and a preparation method of a related coating. The vac-veova emulsion is characterized by comprising a first part core-shell structure and a second part core-shell structure, wherein the first part core-shell structure comprises the following components in parts by weight: 200-250 parts of vinyl acetate, 30-50 parts of butyl acrylate, 30-50 parts of vinyl ester of versatic acid (VeoVa-10), 0-1 part of acrylic acid, 0-5 parts of vinyl alkoxy phosphate (PAM100) and 0-5 parts of ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA); the second part core-shell structure comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-120 parts of methyl methacrylate, 40-70 parts of butyl acrylate, 0-5 parts of vinyl alkoxy phosphate (PAM100) and 0-5 parts of ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA).
