Catastrophe theoretical analysis of disintegrated outburst of a single coal shell in coal-gas outburst
摘要:
In process of coal-gas outburst, the coal mass forms a spherical shell itself which is the best form to resist outburst. Once the coal shell disintegrates, it loses carrying capacity; and in the high-potential coal-rock system, all kinds of energy corresponding to the outburst of a single coal shell are released immediately. According to the theory of plastic deformation localization which reflects the destruction characteristics of coal-rock, the equilibrium relationship of work and energy increments corresponding to deviatoric stress while coal shell deforms is educed; and the catastrophe model of destabilization and disintegration of coal shell is established. The mechanism of coal shell disintegration due to deviatoric stress is studied; the expressions of deviatoric strain energy at the destabilization moment, volumetric strain energy releasing amount are educed. The description of crushed coal and gas seepage form two-phase flow of gas-coal after porous gas outburst is given. The obtained analysis result can deepen the acquaintance with the combined action of three factors (coal, geostress and gas pressure) on coal-gas outburst.
