摘要：

Objective:To analyze the use of Dexmedetomidine Hydrochloride anesthesia on spinal anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing knee arthroscopy.Method:From January 2014 to January 2017,in our hospital 96 elderly patients with knee arthroscopy were randomly divided into two groups,two groups of anesthesia methods for spinal anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia during the operation.The observation group was given Dexmedetomidine Hydrochloride intravenous infusion,the control group was given normal Saline intravenous infusion,two groups of anesthesia were compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the observation group Ramsay sedation score and VAS score were lower,postoperative recovery time of anesthesia and nerve block anesthesia time were shorter,incidence of adverse reactions was lower(P0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine Hydrochloride anesthesia on spinal anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing knee arthroscopy is effective and worthy of promotion.
